Our envelopes are made from responsibly forested materials and can be recycled. Our postcards are made from recycled paper and can be recycled again. Right now our sachets are not recyclable, but we're working on it.

Our face masks are made from natural ingredients. They will last at least three months if stored in a cool, dry place. They are single use. Once opened use immediately.

We recommend between 15 - 30 minutes. But you can leave it on longer because it's made from only natural ingredients, so can't do you any harm.

Subscriptions and gifts are shipped on the 15th of every month. You should receive them within a few days after this. If you order a sample pack you should receive it within 7 working days.

If you order a gift, and check the email subscribe button, you will receive a gift confirmation email. You can send this onto your friend or print it out and give it to them. So even if you forget a birthday or you're late with Christmas presents, we've got you covered. You can buy Face Nom Nom right up until the last minute.

Don't worry, our envelopes fit into a standard letterbox so it will be there when you get home. However if you order a gift box it won't fit in the letterbox.

Yes we can because our envelopes fit into a normal letterbox. However we can't ship our gift boxes to a PO Box because boxes into boxes don't go.

Yes, of course, we'd be happy to change the face mask you receive if you'd like to try something different. Just contact us here with your order number, and the face mask type you'll like to switch to, and we'll change it for you. You'll get the new face mask in the next delivery if this month's hasn't been dispatched yet.

Yes, of course you can. And you should. All you have to do is put in your details for both billing and shipping.

Yes, of course. You can add a gift message to the lucky person in your cart before checkout. We will include your message with their first delivery.

In the case of subscriptions you will be billed each month. In the case of gifts you will be billed straight away and the face mask will then be delivered each month for the time frame you have selected.
